11 Personal Habits Learned on a Wilderness Expedition

I just returned from a seven-day NOLS Executive Leadership Expedition into the Wind River Range of Wyoming with 10 other professionals and 3 instructors.  The actual and metaphorical leadership journey we took together, as described by one of our instructors, Rick Rochelle, was an intense experience on both a physical and mental level. It was also incredibly fun!

Iā€™m in the process of putting my thoughts and observations down into a longer piece.
